Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

There is a contact form located here: https://rxnutritioncoaching.com/contact/. If you submit this form, you will be submitting your name, email address, and a message (the “Name” field is optional). Rx Nutrition uses this information solely for the purpose of communicating with you. Information collected from this form will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with outside entities.
Should you choose to become a client of Rx Nutrition, you will be required to fill out a form similar to this: https://rxnutritioncoaching.com/signup/13-week-program/. This form includes detailed information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address. Your name and email address only will be added to our email marketing service. You can unsubscribe from these emails any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email. The form also collects sensitive information regarding your health and lifestyle. This information is collected solely for the purpose of providing the professional coaching services and programs offered by Rx Nutrition. The information will not be shared with any party outside of Rx Nutrition. The information collected in this form can be deleted from Rx Nutrition’s files at any time upon your request.
There are numerous forms throughout the website where we collect names and email addresses. This information is used solely for Rx Nutrition marketing purposes and will not be shared with outside parties. You may unsubscribe from our email marketing communications by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in any email.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
The data collected from all client registration forms (similar to this: https://rxnutritioncoaching.com/signup/13-week-program/) is retained in our files indefinitely. It can be deleted at any time upon your request.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
